Private AI that runs in your own environment.
Rogue Networks designs, builds and supports enterprise-grade AI platforms for businesses whose data can’t go to an outside AI company. Hosted in your own isolated cloud, or on hardware you own — current open-weight models and the software your staff will actually use, under your control.
No AI company ever sees your prompts or documents.
Runs in your own cloud account or on your own hardware.
Sign-in, permissions and audit logs your security team can work with.
A paralegal pastes a client’s contract into a public chatbot to get a summary. It works. It also just sent privileged information to a company you have no agreement with, and nobody will ever know it happened.
The same paralegal asks the firm’s own AI. It reads the contract from the firm’s document system, answers with citations, and logs who asked what. The contract never left systems the firm controls.
Sound familiar?
If any of these are true, a private AI platform is worth a serious look.
Staff are already pasting client files into public chatbots.
Your compliance team said no to cloud AI, so the business is falling behind.
AI subscriptions keep multiplying and nobody can say what’s being sent where.
Your data can’t go to an outside AI company — by contract, by regulation, or by choice.
You want AI connected to your own systems, not a chat window off to the side.
One platform. Two ways to run it.
The software, the models and the security controls are the same either way. What changes is where the GPUs live.
Hosted
Dedicated GPUs in your own isolated cloud account. No hardware to buy, running in weeks, sized up or down as usage changes. Best for most professional firms.
How hosted works →On-premises
Hardware you own, in your server room or a data center you choose. Required when data can’t leave your building, and the lowest cost for heavy daily use.
How on-prem works →How a system gets built
You get a written plan and a fixed quote before anything is built.
Assess
We map your data, your users, your workloads and the rules you operate under, and recommend hosted or on-prem.
Design
Infrastructure sizing, network placement, security controls and model choice, documented for your security plan.
Build & test
The system is built, hardened and load-tested against your real tasks before your staff ever use it.
Hand off & support
Connected to your directory and systems, documented, your team trained — then kept current with model and security updates.
Who it’s for
Businesses whose most valuable information can’t go to an outside AI company — and the setup that usually fits.
Law firms
Privilege and Rule 1.6 confidentiality, without giving up AI.
Hosted or on-premAccounting & financial services
Client financial records kept inside your safeguards program.
HostedHealthcare
Patient information processed on systems you control, with a full audit trail.
Hosted or on-premEngineering & architecture
Drawings, specs and project files kept away from outside AI companies.
HostedDefense contractors & manufacturers
CUI, export-controlled data and trade secrets inside your own boundary.
On-premisesPublic sector
Records and case files that must stay on systems the agency controls.
On-premisesEnterprise-grade means boring in the right places.

I’m Marques. I’m a CCNP and spent years in networking and managed IT — the racks, switches, firewalls and backups that keep a business running. Private AI is built on exactly that foundation: infrastructure that has to stay up, networks that have to stay closed, and access that has to be controlled.
I design, build and support every system myself. You deal with the person who knows how yours is put together.

— MarquesQuestions people ask
- Hosted or on-premises — which should we choose?
- Hosted is faster to start and has no hardware to buy; it runs in your own isolated cloud account. On-premises is for data that can’t leave your building at all, or for heavy daily use where owning the hardware costs less over time. The assessment recommends one based on your rules and your usage, and many clients start hosted and move on-prem later.
- Is a private model as good as ChatGPT?
- For most business work — drafting, summarizing, answering questions from your own documents, reviewing contracts, writing code — current open-weight models are close to the best hosted services. The very largest commercial models still lead on the hardest reasoning problems. During the assessment we test candidate models on your real tasks, so you see the quality before you commit.
- If it’s hosted in the cloud, how is it private?
- It runs in a cloud account that belongs to you, on GPUs dedicated to you, in an isolated network with no public access. The models are open-weight models running on your servers, so no AI company — not OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or Microsoft — ever receives your prompts or documents.
- Who owns the system?
- You do. Hosted systems run in your cloud account and the cloud bill comes to you directly. On-premises hardware is yours. The configuration, the models, your documents and every log stay with you.
- Can it work with the software we already use?
- Yes. The platform connects to your directory for sign-in, and integrations can be built into your document storage, email, accounting, ERP or line-of-business databases — with access limited to what you approve.
- What does it cost?
- Every system is quoted after an assessment, because the right setup depends on how many people will use it, which models you need and where it should run. You get a written proposal and a fixed quote before anything is built.
What can’t go to an AI company?
Tell me what your data is, who needs to use it, and what rules you work under. I’ll come back with a written assessment, a recommendation on hosted or on-prem, and a proposed system.
