The AI runs on your own account with a provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Usage is billed to you directly, with nothing marked up.
A person signs off
Anything that goes to a customer or into your books gets a review step until you decide it doesn’t need one.
Every action is logged
You can see what the AI read, what it produced and what happened next. Nothing is a black box.

Common questions
- Is my business data used to train AI models?
- The integrations use business API accounts. The major providers’ standard terms for those accounts say your data isn’t used for training. We’ll go through the specific terms for your provider before anything is built.
- Which AI do you use?
- Whichever fits the task and your budget, most often Claude or OpenAI models. Because the account is yours, you can change providers later.
- What if the AI gets something wrong?
- That’s why there’s a review step and a log. We design around where mistakes would matter and keep a person there.
- What does it cost to run?
- Most small tools run about $5–50 a month in AI and hosting fees, billed to you directly by the providers.
What’s the job nobody gets to?
