I connect QuickBooks Online to your email, your spreadsheets, the software you run jobs or bookings in, and AI — through Intuit’s official API — so entries show up drafted, the numbers stay current, and you can ask questions about them in plain English.

How it’s built
The official QuickBooks Online API
Everything connects through Intuit’s own API. You approve access from your Intuit account, and you can revoke it any time. I never need your QuickBooks password.
You review before anything posts
By default the tool drafts and you approve. Once you trust it, you decide what, if anything, it can post on its own.
It lives in your accounts
The connection, the code and the AI account are set up in your name. If we stop working together, it keeps running.
Your bookkeeper stays in charge
This gives your bookkeeper or CPA cleaner, faster input. It doesn’t replace their judgment.
Common questions
- Does this work with QuickBooks Desktop?
- These integrations are built on the QuickBooks Online API. If you’re on Desktop, bring it to a working session and we’ll look at what’s realistic.
- Do you need my QuickBooks login?
- No. You grant access through Intuit’s own approval screen, and you can remove that access from your QuickBooks settings whenever you want.
- What does it cost to run once it’s built?
- Most small integrations run about $5–50 a month in AI and hosting fees, billed to you directly by the providers. I don’t mark them up.
- Will this replace my bookkeeper?
- No. It takes the typing and chasing off their plate so their time goes to the work that needs a person.
What’s the job nobody gets to?
Bring it to a working session. Worst case, you leave with a clear plan and know exactly what it would take.
